Mr. Adhikari is a senior partner of S & S Jurists. He works on civil, labour, marriage and divorce, liquidation and real-estate cases.

He also advises clients from the non-governmental sector on the establishment and operation of non-governmental organisations.

Ms. Adhikari is a founder and managing partner of S & S Jurists and is licensed by the Nepal Bar Council. She regularly advises clients on diverse transactional matters, including taxation, contracts, foreign investment, company compliance, project finance and private equity.

She also represents local and international clients in commercial litigation before courts and tribunals. Ms. Adhikari is active in public-interest litigation and has led PIL cases concerning the right to be forgotten, taxation and social-security issues.

Ms. Tiwari is an associate of S & S Jurists and holds a licence from the Nepal Bar Council. Her work includes drafting documents for corporate and civil matters, preparing contracts, managing company compliance and assisting with incorporation.

She also conducts legal research on foreign-investment matters.

Ms. Dangal is an associate at S & S Jurists and holds a licence from the Nepal Bar Council. She works on civil, labour and criminal matters and drafts documents for civil cases, corporate matters, contracts and litigation.

Her work also includes labour-law issues, corporate litigation, legal opinions and compliance.

Ms. Khadka is a trainee associate at S & S Jurists.

Her work includes drafting proposals and assisting with company compliance.

Ms. Dhakal is a trainee associate at S & S Jurists. She assists with corporate compliance and drafts proposals and documents for civil and taxation matters.

She also conducts research on legal policy reform.

Mr. Poudel is an advocate licensed by the Nepal Bar Council. He regularly assists senior associates with taxation and corporate litigation.

His work includes legal research, drafting legal documents and opinions, and preparing case briefs. He aims to contribute to the legal field with determination, professionalism and integrity.

As the administrative officer at S & S Jurists, Ms. Hamal handles the firm’s day-to-day operations. Her organisational and administrative skills help the office function smoothly.

Mr. Uprety advises the firm on taxation, commercial law and cyber-law matters. He is a Chartered Accountant with a master’s degree in law focused on corporate and criminal law.

He holds CISA and Certified Fraud Examiner credentials and the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting. He has co-authored a book on taxation and auditing for university students and tax professionals.
