Ms. Adhikari is a Founder and Managing Partner at S & S Jurists. She is licensed under Nepal Bar Council. She regularly advises clients on diverse transactional matters ranging from Taxation, contracts, foreign investment, company compliance, and project finance to private equity and many more. She is also involved in commercial litigation on behalf of various local and international client in regular courts and tribunal.
Ms. Adhikari is also a Public Interest Litigation enthusiast. She has spearheaded many PIL cases relating to Right to be forgotten, Taxation, Social security issues etc.

Mr. Uprety is an advisor in on roster of experts. He specializes in taxation, commercial and cyber laws. He is a Chartered Accountant. He has obtained a master’s degree in law with a major in corporate and criminal law. He is CISA certified had also passed DipIFR from ACCA, UK. And he has also obtained professional certification as a certified fraud examiner.
Mr Uprety has co-authored a book on taxation and auditing for university students and tax professionals. He has extensive knowledge in matters of commercial arbitration.
