It has been observed in few notices and press releases issued by IRD that the notices do not have date or reference number. This causes serious difficulty in referring and retrieving the documents. Therefore, it is suggested to compulsorily include the date of issuance of such notices and if possible also quote an identification code/ number in such notices.

विभागबाट जारी हुने सुचनाहरुमा मिति उल्लेख नभएका कारण पछि ती सुचनाहरुलाई सन्दर्भित (reference) गरि उल्लेख गर्दा केही असहजता हुने गरेको कारण, अब भविष्यमा अनिवार्य रुपमा मिति र सके सम्म पत्र संख्या (date and reference no) उल्लेख गर्न सुझाब छ।
